Hi, I am currently working here in South Africa as an engineer. I have applied a spousal visa before there in the South African Embassy in the Philippines for my wife and 3 children. However, they have rejected my application after paying the visa fees due to the reason the I was pre-employed and did not came from Philippines to enter here in south Africa. Is there still any chance that I can re-apply and hopefully approve the visas for my wife and 3 children?

One of our client, who is an Australian citizen is applying for a working visa for him and his wife here in the Philippines. As part of the requirement for the inclusion of his wife, we need to submit an authenticated copy of their Marriage Certificate. The marriage was celebrated at Durban, South Africa. Thus, we'd like to inquire if you can assist us or if we can request your good office to process authentication of said Marriage Certificate.

Hello, I would like to inquire about the requirements and procedures for my South african Fiance. I am a Filipina and we are planning our civil wedding during our holiday next year; basically we can't stay for straight 1 month,only for 3 weeks(only to do our wedding on our annual leave).
