Hi
All of my Sa documents are expired and are in need of renewing . . Any suggestions as to how u could her this done ? I have heard nightmare stories about the embassy being virtually unreachable . . I can’t travel now that my passport has expired . . His forbid there’s a family emergency I will be stuck . .
No wonder SA is in such a state....if this is what it looks like in London, you can only imagine what SA must be like....can't answer phones or return emails...vol kak!!
Website not working; phones and emails not answered; requests for information by mail with self addressed return envelope.... waste of time!
What are we supposed to do??
Complete shambles. Fat cats? Incompetence? Been trying to get information about renewing my passport for months
Shameless
Congratulations South African Embassy....you are a true representation of the country....website is defunc, phones are unanswered and there is zero support when the world is in a pandemic. All we need is load shedding in Trafalgar Square and it will truly be a home from home.....this is such a depressing state of affairs...
can anyone help me - we are trying to claim inheritance from my Dad who passed away in SA. We have filled out all the forms and had them all verified by a solicitor who is a notary public but SA say that's not good enough (even though all paperwork claim this is ok) and want the forms verified by a member of the embassy????? Can anyone help me - i can not get through on the phone
Can anyone advise on the process to register a birth in SA? Unable to get any information, the website is non existent and no one answers the phones. Are these offices still in existence? Any help please?!
