I have been waiting for a copy of a marriage license since October 2017. No response on the phone and no reply to emails. I have chased no less than 14 times and am now looking to register a complaint but cannot locate any details to carry this forward. The people who work there were less than enthusiastic, not to mention beyond rude when i visited the High Commission in Whitehall. How hard can it be????
Can I get a SA police clearance at S A Embassy in London
We are travelling from the UK to SA next month. On our route home we are visiting Victoria Falls in Zambia before flying out to join our connecting flight home in Johannesburg. Could somebody please advise if we need to get yellow fever certificates to make this journey. I have looked on several websites but all have conflicting information. Thank you.

My mother Doris Cook was born in Johannesburg on 4th July 1919. How can I get a copy of her birth certificate?
I am in Oman and my wife and son are due in the next 3 days to travel to South Africa, he is only 13. I have the Consent Affidavit but need to get it signed, can any lawyer in Muscat sign and stamp it? Do I need to take the hard copy to the consulate in Muscat for approval/records? Can the signing be done via Video link?
Where In London can he do this?

I had massive issues with my passport. Emailed the DA and they were responsive and helped me track my passport down and ultimately put pressure on where it was stuck to get someone to post it. Apparently Home Affairs haven't paid the courier fees and so there are bags of passports stuck in South African not being posted out to the various countries!

I applied for a passport on the 10th May. Was told 4 months wait. 4 months is up. Can't get hold of anyone!!!!!! Service is appalling.
Does any one know how to get hold of anything in the Sa embassy? The phone number is never answered , e-mails are not answered and the 4 month turnaround is not even close to true, I applied 30/4 and according to the lot in SA they received the application the 18/7 ....
