We are trying to get a work permit for a Malawian man to be our school caretaker here in Durban.He went to Home affairs in Pretoria but apparently the papers he received are fraudulent. Please help--how do we get the legal papers. He is desperate with no salary and nowhere to live here in Durban. The job is there if he has the correct paperwork

I was born in South Africa in 1995 to both Malawian parents who had lived there since 1986 but now are in Malawi. i have all my grade 1 to grate 4 school reports and my clinic immunisation baby card but i realised that my parents had lived there with no valid documents , how can i then be granted some form of documents to go and work there.

I am currently working in Blantyre and I would like to know which days the SA Embassy will be open in December since I would like to apply for a Critical Skills Visa to go and work in South Africa in January 2016.
I am only taking leave in December 2015 so that is the only time I can come to Lilongwe to do the whole process.
If possible may you also let me know of the following.
- requirements of a critical skills visa
-the costs involved, and
-the time it takes to process it.
