I'm an undergraduate student currently finalizing a bachelor's degree i.e.(Bachelor of Science in Computer Science) at Mbarara University

I read the High Commissioner's response to Dismas Nkunda's article in The Observer. First, I found it undiplomatic. The Mission should have a Consular Officer who deals with such low-key matters! Second, if the mission has a customer care ethos, it should continually look to improve a service & be courteous to the public. The High Commissioner responded as if angry, while a Junior Officer could have simply explained the existing visa policy regime to Ugandans without making it personal. As a South African citizen, I totally disapprove of the High Commissioner's stance!!
