@ Kim when did you apply in October (date) and when did they contact you, I don't think it takes time VFS has your permit its a matter of them pasting it in your passport so it should be instant.

Relative Visa
Just some update guys, apparently VFS is currently receiving Agust relative visa. This is what they said after I asked using the email: info.sazim@vfsglobal.com. Unfortunately, when I paste the whole email, the forum does not wanna show it

Random outcomes
had a light chat today with a work mate who is married to a South African who is an employee at the home affairs.

she actually told me that outcomes will be random unlike before when they used to give preference in accordance to urgency like study permits , etc . it was caused by a delay of last year's October up to December applications before the study permits started coming into their offices.

so these guys have actually rearranged applications in groups of CSV, spousal, general, study etc . you know they can not jump into CSV when there are spousal applications for June that means some spousal applications will be picked later this year. the waiting period for such people will be too long , at the same.time they can not jump into spousal permits and ignore October CSV .you know spousal rocks it will take ages to process one month of spousal permits bscklog.

there was a further mix up of applications when they grouped the applications . and it wasn't done in a special order to an extend were we will end up having an out come for April application while January application I'd still under process.

did you know that the guys at vfs are the ones who fill in under quality of application and submit it a written note to the dha of what is missing on your application?
