I received my visa today ( issued today) applied on 11 Oct- so if you applied in October go and check. At the same time the Rejections are also high. I suggest you go and check for the Visa outcome as well instead of assuming all is well.

Thanks for the update seems we applied on the same day.
My friend applied for study visa.She was told that insufficient funds despite having more than 3000 Rands on her statement of her Zim bank account.The closing balance was around 6 000 Rands.
What could have been the cause of this rejection.Could it be that they reasoned that 6 000 rands is not enough for your tuition fees or???
According to the SA immigration act,3 000 rands is what defines sufficient funds in the form of bank statements (3 months)
any updates guys to those who have been to.vfs or embassy.today.any december collections.
Sorry for late response. They want a letter from the company stating that they will ensure that your passport is valid for your period of employment and that they will bear the cost for any repatriation costs you might incur.
I just submitted the medical report forms, I did not attach the doctors letterhead.

I submitted my overstay appeal 6 months ago via email to the Pretoria head office. I have not heard back from them since then despite my frequent follow-ups.
Now I was admitted to further my studies to Honours at UKZN in 2017. Should I take my appeal via SA embassy in Harare?
The institution has already opened and dont know what to do.
Please advise on the way forward.
He guys is there anyone who have collected permit @vfs besides study permits?Or have you ever heard of collections there that are not study permits.
