Comments on this Embassy
It is important to know that Vfs is only the submission and collection centre but all the processes are done at the South African Embassy harare. Some think processes are done in South Africa.
For appeals and rejections and even first time applications. Visa Permit International Link can help you. contact Joyline 0772928431
This issue depends on who you meet at VFS. i was in the same situation with a ZSP.They told me I hv to leave my passport irrespective of giving them the affidavit & contract & proof of employment. The training they got was not that useful.
Please desist from getting any Immigration advise from VFS they are not permitted by the Immigration Act to offer such service moreover they normally misled people with wrong information.
PLEASE TO THOSE WHO ARE GETTING RESPONSE U CN SHARE WITH THE FORUM PLIZ DONT STOP UR INFOR IS IMPORTANT
SINCE THEY HAD STOPPED FOR SOME TIME IN DEC JAN , THEN IT MEAN THE EIGHT TO TWELVE WEEKS PROCESSING TIME IS TRUE AS THEY STARTED PROCESSING IN FEB 2017 SO LETS WAIT AND HOPE WE ALL GET POSITIVE RESULTS

Study visas are the quickest to be processed.
On the website it says 6-8 weeks but some study visas have been coming out earlier than that.
Has anyone had a query on their application and had it resolved? I just want to know how long it takes once you have handed in the requested additional documentation.
what is processing time of a study visa. can you do anything to speed up the process
