Job offer
Good day guys my job offer was for the 1st of june and clearly that date ya pfura because i submitted CVS application in May do they contact company to hear if the position is still available. or they will query your application and ask you to provide a letter from employer to get feed aback on if they still want you for the job

Name change
@godfrey.According to law,once a company or position changes ,you are supposed to inform the embassy in writing.But because of the extra effort of going to the embassy and documents etc,many pple don't even do that and they just use that same visa at a different employer.

Some employers don't care ,as long as the visa is valid .

If you were to change company, you'd need your new company to help you with documents to submit.. contract e.t.c to the VFS in South Africa
it is a less stressful process though

@kevy not necessarily. My 2 colleagues applied under IRBA (external audit) but their applications were rejected because they didn't have enough experience. They studied at SA colleges and were already in their 2nd year of articles working with study permits

Seems there is no minimum required, people with 1 year experience have been given permits. If you have an S.A qualification, seems experience is not required at all
