I just got a call to say that my application is ready for collection. I did a lot of following up though through emails that are online. I applied on the 1st of April for a general work permit and a waiver for the Department of labour certificate.
Which date did you initially submitted you application in October?

Yes i did submit the contract initially.
I was requested to submit an offer of employment letter.
I don't think it will take some time, it shows they are in a process to complete your visa. When you applied initially, did you submitted the contract?

It is not possible coz theoretically you had to leave your passport at the embassy before the delays started. And it’s standard procedure for most countries leave your passport at the embassy when you apply. Also in SA they use proper vfs not zveku Zim ma jokes aye.
