Be careful when sending these emails you never know what happens you might end up being victimized and then compromise your application.
So in what ever email you send please watch the tone and as much as they may be in the wrong try best to humble your self.

We need clarity by what date this backlog will be cleared and the date must be reasonable. Email her to Minister@dha.gov.za... Keep callin even the DG. Kindly revert back on this forum woth feedback

Yes i agree with you. Let's show a united front. People in Pretoria should know what's going on.
Let's go to the extent of texting and calling for those who can afford it.
We can't just be left in the dark for 6 months. They should have the courtesy of at least informing us that the processing time has changed from 6-8 weeks and is now 6 months or if they have scrapped CSV from Zimbabwean applicants!
They need to know that the SA Embassy in Harare is "Holding people hostage"

i received a reply now from the emails csv applicant sent dg said ambassador told him all things are in track he says hes surprised
The only reply she only said is "noted thank you" this woman eish

Gloves are off, we deserve an explanation. We paid Visa Application fees and went through a rigorous & expensive process to get required documentation.
If they no longer offer CSV then they should advise instead of frustrating us like this.
6 months without your passport is absurd!!!
