I also got my csv but the sticker says relatives visa, the condition however states that "to be admitted on critical skills as...." i ddnt bother correcting it.
Who has recently received feedback today n whn dd they apply?
It implies u have critical skills but that Is a general work permit.csv is a visa.
Application has been forwarded to the Embassy of SOUTH AFRICA on 16/05/2017
Still hopefully waiting...
At the time I submitted my application in January, that was only applicable for general permit applications. However, from just following this platform it seems as though regulations are ever changing but as far as I know, that only applies to the general permit applications.

To apa cash hauna and everyone else, does the company that offers u a job in s.a need to prove that they advertised for the job and how they selected u ahead of native south africans if u are applying for critical skills permit.
or does this only apply to general work permit seekers.

but why would VFS lie?this does not make sense. she went there today, they told her they would send a message when it was ready. Status changed to "Processed Application has been received at the South Africa Visa Application Center from the embassy of SA". those who received theirs please confirm same status change?
I got my 5 year CSV in May and although it's on a general work permit sticker, it states that "To be admitted on critical skills visa as.....". So yes it should state that you are on a CSV however, I am not sure whether that applies to a 1 year CSV applicant as I had a job offer. Hope that helps
