How do you push to have CSV out? We are stuck and in trouble here.

i have been calling VFS since end of June & they have been saying same thing "We are now receiving Nov &Dec". I applied 10 Dec but still no Joy

I also thought @Jan CSV would be forthcoming with the information as he raised our hopes by saying he is at the embassy.
