From those with experience on CSV please advise how long it normally takes for the outcome to be released after the Embassy confirms your offer with the prospective employer.

Any news on Visas?
I applied for a study permit mid December, has anyone from December applications received anything yet? or the November applications have they received their permits yet? This is a trying hour! registration is ending in a few days from now, and in most unies lectures have already started, this is heart breaking.
The situation is out of hand, some university registration are closing at the end of March. any November application still waiting. Since January there have been processing Nov.
Has anyone had any actual assistance in receiving an outcome or getting an update on the progress of their application? It's getting out of hand.
There is a serious delay at VFS with no assistance given to people who have been waiting up to three months now for their study visas even though registration has already started and in addition passports are taken so applicants cannot travel for other emergencies. No assistance is given and we are just told to wait. Surely something has to be done, it is beyond an inconvenience now.
How long does it take for a student visa to be processed? My son submitted his on the beginning of December and he has been calling everyweek but he gets the same response that they are prioritising November and December student permits and to date he hasn't got his.
It seems the processing is haphazard, how about copying the FIFO style from Logistics to reduce chances of disadvantaging certain applicants
