@Godfrey, that's correct as the situation is right now. I think there was a gape though, coz she was not supposed to apply for ZEP from ZSP as that was allowed for ZSP holders to migrate to main-stream visas. Its too late now and have to apply that from home. From my current experience that takes close to a year if not more of waiting
She will need to change her ZEP at home country to a main stream permit Spousal TRV in your case , then after the Spousal TRV she can apply for Perm Res

Good day guys. Is there anyone who has applied or knows of anyone who applied for a Permanent Residence (spouse) or related from a ZEP there in Zimbabwe. I need to apply for an accompanying for my spouse who is on a ZEP while I am now on a Permanent Residence.

Guys does anyone know how long appeals take to get an outcome via VFS SA ?
I applied CSV with the letter from indlela .was told there is no automotive board yet . Cld there be some complications .I applied in march still waiting for responds from VFS .

I got an email today saying that they still receiving results for September applications.
