Hi
Our company name is Afgri. Our website is below in my mail.
We are an Agricultural company based in south Africa.
We sell agricultural equipment and products all over Africa.
We have a client in Gaborone namely – Gaborone hoses and fittings.
They have trouble with a Clutch on their tractor and we need to help them to get it fixed in order for them to farm properly.
The part has been sent already with currier with correct clearing documentation and they will receive the part shortly.
We however need to go to our client and install this new clutch in their Tractor.
We want to send our Afgri field service bakkie over the border to them with 2 technicians to do the installation.
They will be taking tools with them to do the installation.
We are not certain about all documentation required to do this.
From my side I made sure that I have the Insurance papers from our Group insurer for the vehicle.
I also certified copies of the NATIS (registration) papers.
The technicians have their personal passports etc ready.
My question is regarding the tools that will be taken with them.
What do we need to have in place to take the tools over?
They will do the fitment and come back the next day. It will not be for an extended period, only one day in and next day out.
Please advice me on this as we are in the dark but do not want to do harm with our business relationship with them and the farming people in Gaborone.
It is very urgent but if possible they want to go Monday morning early to Gaborone
Many thanks
