I'm a Tanzanian with South African Citizenship.
Do i need a Visa to go to South Africa when using Tanzanian Passport?
I am Tanzanian youth,holder of Ordinary Diploma in Architecture Technology and I'd like studying bachelor degree in Naval Architecture or Oil and Gas Engineering in South Africa.

I completed my first degree at the DAR ES SALAAM UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF EDUCATION(DUCE) in 2009,a teacher by proffessional teaching geography at kibondo girls secondary school since 2009 todate,i would like to ask for scholarship for masters in educational management and administration,at any university in Tanzania,especially university of DODOMA for academic year 2015/2016.
i am a civil sevant working with Ministry of Industry and Trade, Dsm. Ihave been invited by Tralac to attend a one day workshop on tripartite trade remedies in Capetown on 01/12/2014.
Kindly let me know if at all I can get visa on my arrival and if at all I am supposed too pay for the same bearing in mind that this is an officia trip.
