I have just read some more of your posts - you are being SCAMMED - please DO NOT SEND MONEY to any of these people.
NEVER send CASH for ANYTHING - AND western union cash transfer is the way the scammers operate.
If you are dealing with the Australian Government or a business in Australia - ALWAYS deal with the nearest Australian Consul or Embassy - NEVER with people who claim to represent the Australian Government.
If there is not an Australian consul or Embassy near you then contact the Australian office IN Australia by email and ASK them where is the nearest Australian Government office to where you live.
Have you got the message? - DONT EVER SEND MONEY.

PLEASE TELL the email suppliers - whether it AUSI.COM or GMAIL or YAHOO - there are hundreds of millions of email accounts out there and we dont know about the scammers unless you give us FEEDBACK.
As far as Australia is concerned - ask GOOGLE what you want to know - their search will bring up the correct Government departments IN Australia - deal with them DIRECT - they will respond promptly to your email enquiry with the correct answer and will NOT ask for money.

I was also asked to pay an amount of $375 USD for a MSIC. Payable to a private person in Guinea. And purpose of payment should be a "GIFT of FAMILY".
