I got a job offer in Ghana by GhaTech construction company, United Kingdom. I would like to know if they are legitimate or not? I couldn't find their web page online which is strange and they required me to pay $299 for processing fees. My email address is genqeseiviwe86@gmail.com

Address:3rd Floor Sethi Plaza Near Ad Accra GhanaCountry:GhanaTel: +233 200614107 this adress doesn't match with the one on top but its the same company its not 3rd soula street nw its sethi and also changed the number by increments. Ain't they smart? I giv them a credit.
Note from comments "$499,$299,$319,399 USD" we went to school these amounts ain't the same why? Use your logic.
I ran a back ground check and I also hate to say it but its not valid guys cause some of you said were asked $445 courier and insurance and I was to pay $299 for processing only. It didn't end there "Charges fee Via Western Union Money Transfer to Our Legal processing agent 'details' in Ghana immediately" those were the exact words, plus it has no web page what kind of Well known company which has no direct site you only find in job posts?.
I also received employment from this,why problem is why fo they say you don't need a passport coz I am leaving the country? Is it legit or not?
I would like to know also if this company exists?
