With so many scams doing the rounds,How can findout if this company exists.

I was also scamed by Villion Construction and Mining. After I was told that the documents is in South Africa I received a email from a Mr John Adanso Asare who said he is the Chef Inspector of the Sober Crime Department (not my spelling) and that all the management of Villion was arrested and that I need to fly to Ghana or get a lawyer to represent me. When I asked where and when I should be in court I was insulted and was told that they droped my case. A week after this a friend of mine also received a job offer from Villion. All their details was the same exept their email address. I reported this to the Ghana government, police and newspapers but in the last two weeks did not get any reply from any of them. I lost ofer R60 000. I had to sell my car and almost all my furniture to get the money they whanted. I am now unemployd and has no plase to stay. I have a wife and three kids to seport. I also emailed the South African Embassy in Ghana and did not get any response. This is why Africa as a continent will always remain a third world continent. Government will not do anyting to stop this kind of treatment. Let's you wonder how many government officials is also involved in this kind of scams.

i have walked into this scam.they also demand security fees,witch i paid,then they demand registration fees for a workers union,witch i refuse.Now suddenly i am not allowed in Ghana without union registration.This is a big scam and why do they use Western union bank,are they part of it?I have send email to their police department and the embassy ,but no reply.
How much will it be now when u move frm ur place?

Why does no one from immigation reply to all the questions being asked? Are they part of these scams?
I too was offered a fantastic job. but i will not pay a cent to anyone. All it would take wo stop all these scams would be someone from the High Commission's office to say its a scam and prevent so many people losing money they can ill afford
I am an honest and hardworking final year Beng (civil) student at Stellenbosch University South Africa. I expect to complete my studies in November 2013. I am keen to start my career in Ghana. What are the chances of getting an entry level civil engineer position. Can somebody please advice me. The internet is full of scams.
