I have identity card and a voting card.I live in dar es salaam with my husbund a Tanzanian who works with the Government.I came for the first time in april 2009 with temporary passport(Laisser passe')my husband and i first were feancee's in which i had to travel to tanzania to join him as a couple.while we were in the process of finalizing the legal marriege and while we were travelling to kilimanjaro were his parents resides we had a terrible accedent in which we lost everything including my laisser passe' we reported the the situation to the police whom they provided us with a loss report.on contrary i have to travel to Rwanda with my husband to greet our relatives there i need to have a legal document(rwandan passport)My husband has Tanzanian passport.
