I have been trying to contact the consulate for several weeks now to renew my passport and ID card. all I get back from my emails is an automated response asking for more details which when I reply to simply sends back the automated response again. Glad to see that others have the same problem, but this is simply unacceptable! How do we contact the consulate and get a meaningful reply?

I am writting to you to ask how can i get an appointment for a visa .Because i cannot see anywhere for the appointment in your page.I will be gratefull to receive a message from you soon.
Been waiting for 4 months for an email reply to my baby's birth registration, tried phoning in and got no answer, tried walking in got sent home. This is a freaking joke! Is this how you treat your fellow portuguese citizens??!! You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Been ring for hours and no one seems to pick up the phone. Y give people a phone number if they not going to pick it up
Hi there Portugal embassy starf are very profectional and helpfull to people from defreance country ,and very friendly I can recommend there embassy to any wanting to visit Portugal
