Been trying to contact you since start of April. Emailed numerous times, no response. Wrote a letter, no response.Rang numerous times, all u get is automated machine telling you to send your details, which I have and still no response. No matter what time of the day it is, it's either engaged or the automated machine. Absolutely disgusting!!
I've emailed, phoned, sent a letter through mail and still no repose. no wounder the poor country is having problems if all government agents are this poor!
I have also been trying to contact the consulate for several weeks now to renew my passport and ID card. all I get back from my emails is an automated response asking for more details which when I reply to simply sends back the automated response again. Glad to see that others have the same problem, but this is simply unacceptable! How do we contact the consulate and get a meaningful reply?
Ha ja dois meses que tento fazer uma marcacao para a renovacao do passaporte da minha filha e nao recebo confirmacao nenhuma. ja tentei por email, fax carta e ja passei dias a tentar ligar para o consulado sem sucesso. nunca pensei que fosse passar por tal experiencia, muito triste o nivel em que voces chegaram.

Estou a tentar entrar em contacto com o vosso consulado ha cerca de dois meses. Ja tentei contactar via telefónica, fax e email sem resposta, e inadmissível e receio que terei de recorrer as autoridades em Portugal e ao mesmo tempo a comunicação social, pois não sei mais que possa fazer.
Caros senhores estou a meses a espera de resposta a vários mails enviados para renovação da minha identificação que termina daki a dias e nada.
Não entendo o que se pode fazer será que alguém me pode dizer algo visto que pertenço a Manchester e nem o telefone me atendem ?

E inaceitavel a mais de 2 meses enviei varios emails a pedir que me marquem um apontamento para renovar o pasaporte e nem resposta tive e uma vergonha sera possivel os responsaveis por estes departamentos nao tomem providencias todo o povo a pagar a toda essa gente bons ordenandos e nem trabalharem trabalham e uma vergonha
