RE: Passport
Iv been trying for weeks now on behalf of my Portuguese fiancé to get his passport renewd, he can't travel till Portugal due to work commitment, I get no reply to emails and phone number dosnt exist, quite frankly I think it's a disgrace the comments Iv seen the amount of people wanting help and no help given, there should be an investigation in to this, as it's not right and by law it's wrong,
I still cant believe that I have sent over 17 emails. phoned milions of times since january 2014 and one year later still no anwser,i need to register the birth of my Son,he doesnt even exist in the law,Why do we need an embassy that doenst work at all?you all should be ashamed,I spent money for tickets to portugal and now I Cant go because my son doesnt have a document,whos gonna give me the money back?seriously?
Can I make an appointment to renew my passport and I'd card please being trying to make 1 since October thanks

Im waiting over 7 months for your reply regarding my children's passports!!!! You don't email back, you don't answer your phones!!!! What's going on?!?! Embarrassing especially when my polish partner had her answer and passport done in polish embassy in 3 weeks time!!!!! Please email back on heniobernardo@gmail.com, thanks!!!
