Could you tell me that the Portugal embassy in Manchester whether authenticate documents, which are student enrollment states letter, no-criminal records letter and police certificate for immigration purposes? The authentication for immigrant to Portugal.

Power of Attorney
I've been trying to obtain power of attorney since May 2014. This Consulate are of no help whatsoever, they do not answer e-mails nor answer the phone.
Their web site is also of no help, does any one know of an agent that could help please?

2 years waiting for reply
Has been 2 years now since I first tried to get an appointment by email to renew my (now well expired)Portuguese ID card,with a fair amount of tries since. It seems to me that or they not check their emails ( the 1 out of 2 only possible ways you can get the so desired appointment)or they don't give a f......s...or they seriously short of staff,either way its us the people who pay the consequences and the extra costs of expired documents ,what a surprise.....but still shameful Portugal, its 2014, is it the old story that you gave your family and close friends the job at the consulate and all you do is speaking about the portuguese telenovelas, something needs to be done and fast I would definitely like to see some heads rolling as someone not doing their jobs and geting paid for it.
