How can I get an appointment with the Portuguese Embassy ( Manchester).

Hi all,
Seen a few comments so thought I'd let you know.
You have to book an appointment online And it currently takes up to 3 months. If you can still travel to lisbon, you can get it done in 2 days apparently.

is there a difference between a Portuguese citizen card and a Portuguese residence permit while I live in the UK. Please advise as I have a card and not sure if to apply for residence permit as a form of ID

Can someone at least let me know how my partner applies for a renewal passport.No answer from Manchester and London refuse to let me know what the process is or even how much it costs!!!! I disbelieve how bad this service is. We are nearly at the dilemma that it would probably be easier for my partner to fly back get a passport and come home!!!can someone at least let us know how long this process is taking and at least how to get the ball rolling!!! This is an awful way to run a service I think you need to look at how other countries deal with this and improve your service

here's the amazing thing, you call the consulate to ask about visa's they produce and the person the other side of the line tells you i don't know the answer to your question. so what are you doing working in a job you're not certain, at least say hold on let me double check for you! hahahaha
this consulate is a joke you ring the number and no one answer i even rang the embassy in london and the woman said she couldnt help me because the procedure in london MAY be diferent than in manchester REALY?????? i have been trying to get an appointment for 8 months
