No, I do not have any other documents with her correct name. Kindly advise.
They might not accept church documents are they any other documents that have your mother's right name?

Thanks for your response. Yes I do have her birth certificate and marriage certificate issued from the church. Her voters is card has errors in her name.

You have to take supporting documents with the right full name of your mother's to prove to the passport office.
After waiting for two years to register my birth in CRC, I have just been informed by my agent that I need to amend my mothers name in my passport. Her middle name is not appearing on my passport. Can any of my friends on this portal offer help to do this.
