You have registered your father in crc and and then his marriage. Formerly, only a declaration was enough but not now! You'll have to change your mothers surname on your passport, also your mothers surname on your birth certificate and since adhar card does not show mothers name you are saved from that work.
get the ministry of health to get the surname rectified show supporting documents.
Hi John,I was born in Kuwait. The process is registered through my Dad who was born in Goa.
Which state state your born?
Please help..
Hi! My mother's name on my passport is Maria, on my birth certificate it's Maria Rodriguez and on her passport its maria Rodriguez but marraige certificate it's her mainden surname before marriage Maria fernandes. Her marriage was registered as Maria fernandes at CRC. But they are refusing to register mine,as her name has changed after marraige. Which document needs to be corrected now. Can any one guide me pls.
what additional docs you submitted for your father's pre 1961 registration?
- in which month and year your father submitted the process?
so you mean to say your fathers birth pre1961 not yet registered?
