Do we have bad experiences with clients once in a while, of course we do. Working on these processes is not a bed of roses. But we can say with confidence we have done each process to the best possible way and we have not cheated a single person for a single penny. If some one says we did they have to prove it. You who read have to ask both parties to prove it otherwise it is plain gossip or people trying to to destroy some one out of frustration or jealousy.

Dattaraj if you want to visit the office you are free to do so. No need to try and gang people up to do so. You want to visit and discuss your case please do. There is nothing to hide.

For e.g Ethaen who is Dattaraj does not want to even use his really name. When I read the messages and discussions it looks like he wants so desperately to find a fault with us. He says he was never explained why his cases went back into the queue. This is false information. Because we did and we have messages to prove it. If he allows me to mention details about his case here I will.

When we set forth our Terms and Conditions clearly and the client agrees please explain to me what have we done wrong? It is easy to accuse some one and blame someone. But to actually speak with the person being accused and find out the truth is so difficult.

Everything is made clear in the beginning. Every penny paid is acknowledged. So those who accuse me of cheating please explain to me here who did we cheat and in what way. Do it here in this open blog. I will then respond.

The client goes through and decides if the want to go ahead with us or not. Well and good if they decide to go ahead with us and no harm done if they decide not to. If they do decide to go with us then we work according to our way and as agreed in the T&C

We then send and email that has information like the fees, approximate times frames, basic documents etc and our terms and conditions.

When the client first contacts us we create a WhatsApp group and ask questions to establish the case.
