Comments on this Consulate-General
Yes, the CRC is working as per schedule. I just confirmed it with the official website schedule. No need to worry folks.
Stay at home, be safe.
hi any one can tell if crc Lisbon is working as per the shedule as i have this month analaysis of my birth document. thanks n God Bless
Here in UK, London to be more precise only essential stores are open. Offices are shut. Work from home is only stuff that involves colleagues / staff but not customers because of data protection issues.
So may be things could be going slow at consulates too. Dont panic
As for those who have to submit any document please check / rectify documents so that it's easy to process because even if one field doesn't match the data gets rejected and the whole process has to restart by asking additional documents or clarification. It cant go to next step.
So take your time to submit accurate documents the first time. Don't be in a hurry to give documents.
Once you submit anything in the consulate keep track of your email inbox and spam folder daily. Take printout or take a photo on your phone or write down details so it's easy to correspond.
Read previous pages on this forum and make notes. That's how I did my research. This was the only place that was updated regularly by Goans from all over the world.
The feedback and advice given here helped me plan the documents and the next step and requirements.
I had to go back many many pages to get that information. It's time consuming because of lot of unnecessary or vile comments.
Got information here of
Everything from birth certificate, marriage certificate, assento, citizen card, Portuguese passport, surrender of passport, OCI, frro, visa, flight costs
Be positive. Be polite and respectful in your posts.
All the very best.
Ezekiel do you know which date cases are being analysed ? (Post sixty one)
Augustine I feel you bro.But please don’t be butt hurt I know you are frustrated and trying your best to crawl into the UK as early as possible.Simon is right prayer is the only answer to that.Abuses won’t work.Stay at home stay safe and please keep in prayer.
Why Can't I see my messages here
I made a minor error in my first message: I meant
"we need NOT worry about our cases ..."
Ezekiel
I forgot to mention,
Please refrain from making travel arrangements at this time nationally and internationally. Travelling out of the country for the time being is out of the question. The country's borders are closed until April fourteen thus far. The number of cases in India has gone from a mere two hundred something to a whopping seven hundred in just a few days. It would be best practice to stay at home and leave home just for purchasing one's essentials at this time.
Pela misericórdia de Deus,
Ezekiel
Para todos,
I just wanted to say that I'm doing alright and am of good health, only by God's grace. We've just had our first three confirmed cases of COVID here in Goa, after such a long time since the onset of this pandemic. One of those cases is from a region where I stay. I hope and pray that my God will protect all of you that have been generous towards me. It is my hope that this plague will be mitigated in due course.
As far as cases are concerned, I haven't been in touch with my barristers off late, but to my knowledge, the CRC is still operating. According to my Portuguese friend in Lisbon, Portugal is under a fourteen day quarantine, but he says that they are working remotely, so we need to worry about our cases but instead we ought to seek to pray to God for one another and be our brother's keeper by staying at home and wearing masks so that this virus would cease proliferating. Saudade de Portugal.
Pela misericórdia de Deus,
Ezekiel
