Does the marriage cert. have to be in teor for registration. My grand parent has marriage in bombay. So it is registered in bombay church. This is before sixty cases. I have other birth teor.

Thanks a lot joe. You provided me with a lot of valuable information. I really appreciate you helping so much. You think i can have the consulate check my documents & then I can post it to CRC? Is the consulate strict about the one and two middle names? I mailed them already for an appointment just to show what all I have.
For pre sixty one process, there is no specific format. So your dad can make an application in any format to request CRC to register the birth before sixty one. Make sure that this application is signed by your father as he is the Applicant as well as the Registrant.
But the subject of the application should be: Transcription of birth from the Former Portuguese State of India.
