You don't need an agent to submit your case, you can do the whole process yourself. Mail it to the CRC and they send you receipt of acknowledgement with the process number. I had done it myself (I personally submitted it, but they also said we could mail it). The consul general had also said to avoid agents.

I've been to the CRC and they, to a large extent have just begun to start realizing that a business has been made out of acquiring nationality in Goa. They are already suspicious of Brazilian applicants, now they're starting to also become very suspicious of Goans.
It's basically these agents fault as many of them (knowingly or unknowingly) assist fraudulent people in acquiring nationality while charging them highly. The CRC have slowly started to harden the verification process for Goans.
The Portuguese are very tolerant, but if this continues, and fraud cases keep increasing, there's a good chance that Portugal might stop allowing Goans to acquire nationality or make the process very hard. The Goa consulate had already recommended this to the Portuguese Government.
These agents rarely say no to a case, they'll encourage you to submit it even if you don't have proper documentation increasing the likelihood of the CRC toughening verification processes. And remember these agents have no power or influence in the CRC, if the CRC rejects your case or puts it on hold, there's nothing they can do.

May I ask what you paid her 95k for ? A before 61 or after 61 birth registration ?
In Both possiblities, she's fleeced you, before 61 births are registered free and after 61 cost 175 euros (around Rs 13,500 approximately). She's put the rest in her pocket minus a little legalisation fees etc.
