Many people in Goa are having a bhilate or cartao de cidade but they have not done Portugues passport because they not ready to leave. You shuold only passport when ready to go. When you sureender your indian Passport you are given six months to stay in India since you overstayed you will have to pay penalty you will need to check with fRO. Apply for OCI and live in India as long you want.
I am sure 2018 will bring Loads of Good news through the blessings of Mother Mary n Jesus..

Need help on exit permit.
I got my portuguese passport in Oct 2016.Due to some circumstances cdnt leave India then.I have surrendered my passport in Bombay in Nov 2017.
Please can you help me.
1.What is the approximate fine i need to pay for overstaying in India.
2.The documents needed for Exit permit.

After filling the online form for BI appointment after how many days consulate send an email with an appointment date?
Has anybody is successful in viewing the documents onlne on this new site. i have been trying so hard but it show no records found. Please help.
