Many people in Goa are having a bhilate or cartao de cidade but they have not done Portugues passport because they not ready to leave. You shuold only passport when ready to go. When you sureender your indian Passport you are given six months to stay in India since you overstayed you will have to pay penalty you will need to check with fRO. Apply for OCI and live in India as long you want.

they usually revert quickly.

Good you ended your statement positively as above compared to earlier statements calling them useless.

Pray to God that 2018 will see super natural expedition of cases and 1000's of passports issued through the divine intervention of our Lord Jesus Christ and Our Lady of Fatima.

Dev borem korum.
