I dont want to argue with you, i too know couple of lawyers in Portugal and also agents in Goa.
cases pre 1961 - which are held for unknown reasons are the only one which are delayed. rest whose documents are clear are out so don't think i am just shooting in the air.
This is the on going scenario of whats happening whether you agree or not does not make it wrong info, this info has been given by a well known reputed lawyer in Lisbon. Not all cases pre 1961 have been cleared people are still waiting since years, Do you know whats happening in DELHI, I guess no! So when you dont know something dont comment.
Get hold of your Agent he is cheating you, CRC are currently sorting out OCT/NOV cases , yours should been done long time ago only if they asked more documents then it's relatable but in that case your Agent should have discussed that with you.
If your case is in the verification process then no agent or lawyer can help you with that,THAT I AGREE WITH YOU
specially pre 1961 cases peole have been waiting since 3 years - FOR PEOPLE WHOSE DOCUMENTS ARE NOT CORRECT
and they are still waiting, because all the verifications are stuck in DELHI and they have no man power to process those applications thus the delay. PRE-1961 CASES JULY /AUG ALREADY GOT THEIR DOCUMENTS
There is a back log of 4000 cases as of today stuck in verification how long it will take is a unanswered question! - YOUR PASSING INCORRECT INFO.

I hav applied in April /May 2016, so do you mean my case is already finished or now it will come for hearing?? As you mentioned cry analysing oct/ Nov cases.. And I am trying to find out desperately but don't find any source.. Plz suggest.. Thanks
Pre 61 case submitted in April 2017, approx date of completion please....? APPROXIMATELY 2 YRS
