Get a declaration done and take the supporting documents when you got for the BI Appointment.
My Indian passport,Parents name is incorrect, I have got my assento,
will Goa Counselate create problem while issuing BI and passport?
You need to take an appointment you just can't go without an appointment email the consulate before you collect your BI they will schedule an appointment for you, only then you can apply for it the same day.
As per now they are completing files from October 2016 pre cases
Thats a 2 year wait at least I hope you know it..
Then I dont see why it shouldn't have been completed, have done it though a lawyer?
December 2017 cases are already done post 1961, so yours should have been done long back.
