Take all the supporting documents when she goes at the consulate get a declaration done as well. Also get the lawyer who represented your moms case to write an email to the consulate regarding the name issue, its like a declaration that the lawyers send to the consulate in these kind of cases.

If there is divergence in the names between the Assento de Nascimento and the Indian passport, a divergence certificate should be attached as an explanatory declaration of the divergence. Can anyone explain more on this I've got BI appointment for my mom Pre 1961 case. Her Passport doesn't have the third name which is on the Assento but its on her Aadhar card will it he an issue pls help.

Me too heard about Cedric in Margao... Seem to be a fraud. Remove the case from him and give to Travco, he is the best.

Response to Jayden/Alex
I got my Teor copy uploaded in Mapusa Civil Registrar, this is as per the govt circular that when records destroyed and if anyone has a copy it should be notarized and given for uploading. Its minimal charges same as to obtain a birth certificate but you may have to give something extra otherwise the guys will not do it fast.

My process is now 3 years completed. My paper is with Cedric of Ventures. Every time he says verification is not done. If the time line is 3 years then the process should be finished now. But after 3 years also he is telling not finished verification. I am completely lost. Can anyone suggest me who can help me in Lisbon to complete my process as I don’t believe my agent any more now. It’s too long.

Pre 1961 cases take 24 months minimum and in some cases 36 months all thanks to BJP Govt in Goa , in future only God only what will happen
