i'm filipina married to a norweigian guy, that lives in sweden. The marriage was in the Philppines, and now the marriage is registrated in both norway and sweden. When i got here in sweden on a shengen visa "visiting spouse", i could register for a permanent stay while i was here. But i wonder if i need to go home after my visa is expired, or if i can stay here in sweden wile waiting for the answer on my permanent stay application.?

hello!!i am a filipino citizen and but i have been living here in sweden for a couple of years,but my passport will be expire soon on august 15,but we are planning to visit spain for 2 weeks.i just wanna ask if want it to renew my passport do i have to go in norway or can i just send all the requirments by mail and how long does it takes before i get my new passport...cuz were going to visit spain on july 20
