NotesBeware of emailed job offers for childcare and other similar positions in the UK. These are all frauds.

• Since November 2008, no visas are granted for household workers from outside Europe. Work visas are only granted for highly-skilled positions, most of which require university degrees.

• No legitimate employment agency in the UK requires you to pay them any money. All fees would be paid by the employer.

• No legitimate employment agency in the UK uses a free email address from Yahoo, Gmail, or similar services.

• No legitimate employment agency in the UK uses a telephone number that begins with +4470 (070). These are non-geographic numbers available to anyone in the world.

• No legitimate business requests payment via Western Union.

is it true to pay for vesa process in uk?a certain people fr uk offered to me a work as house keeper,,but i doubt for the vesa process amounting 500 pounds,,how true or not it is? thanx a lot

Walter smith message me on my Fb and then offered me to take care his kid in London,salary offer 1500 euro plus 500 food allowances. Free accomodation,he tell that he need nanny! He is the one shoulder for my ticket but he tell I'm the one shoulder to my work visa.... And I ask why me ?then I tell to him that our my employer so ur the one to shoulder anything ticket,food ,accommodation and also visa. And he answer me that there's a new rules in UK now that the employees shoulder visa ... He give email and Barr head travel services email.com to send my CV I try to send ... He ask me always if the agency reply me..he tell me that agency is one process my documents. And he tell wait for the agency reply. And I said yes I wait. And I thinking ....thinking... Y I need to pay my visa ....??! Don't believe name Walter Smith from UK he is scammer .... Beware friend OK!!! Analyze first and think..before u believe OK thanks...god bless us!!!!

i guess you got the wall post about we needing a nanny or house keeper and driver for my son over here in London i was referred in finding a nanny by my friend who is a pastor in the church i worship here in UK she got a nanny from an Asian Country years back and she said you people are good people so i searched and found you and some others but the others said they are in school and some said they are working and not done with their contract yet so then i have you, this will be how we can go about to process your visa and other documents, you will only be paying for your visa application fee of 470 pounds and i will be paying for your visa processing fee of 600 pounds and also your flight ticket fee of 900 pound and know that the travel agency can not allow the employer pay for your visa application fee their reason is that in most cases when the employer pays all the fees for the employee when they come over here they never worked for the employer and they go their own way, i know you are not like that but thats the law and procedure over here in London UK okay so if you are interested and can afford your visa application fee of 470 pounds then you send me back a reply and your resume to my email address

WORK CONTRACT OF A NANNY
Name of Nanny: Rhea De luna Amagos
Duration of Contract: TWO YEARS

Name of Kid: Mark and Anna
Duties:

Sole responsibility for the child of the family including preparing meals and feeding the child a healthy diet, his laundry, taking him to suitable social activities/groups, his physical and intellectual development and pre-school and school education, keeping his room and play areas tidy, organizing and undertaking any visits to doctors, dentists, child health clinics and such other duties as a nanny would undertake.

You are entitled to:

Use of car
Petrol costs
Mileage
Meals
A private room for exclusive use by yourself, with all of the following
• Permanent internet connection to your laptop with enough band with to do video phone calls
• Cupboard, sofa, table, chair, double-bed, radio
• Size of at least 20 square meters
• Heating, electricity
• Daylight



REMUNERATION

Your salary is 2,000 pounds by standing order, to be paid on the last working day of the month. The employer will pay all tax and National Insurance contributions and Health Insurance premiums. The health insurance must fully cover all severe health risks one can experience. By the first working day, the employer will provide name and address of the health insurance, and the policy number.


HOURS OF WORK

The employee will work from 7am to 4 pm. 6Days per week. You will remain with the child of the family if i cannot return before 5pm. I will use reasonable Endeavour’s to return before 5 pm. These hours of work may only be changed by mutual agreement.

You will be allowed 3 weeks paid holiday each year. Your employer will organize his schedule so that every 4 months, you can take at least one holiday lasting at least one week, and will leave you sufficient notice to arrange for a travelling Visa. In the first or last years of employment you will be entitled to holiday on a pro-rata basis. Paid compensation is not normally given for holidays not actually taken. Holidays not being taken in one year will be carried into the next year. You will be free on all Bank Holidays or will receive a day off leave, by agreement.

Holidays will (unless otherwise agreed) be taken when the employer is on holiday. You should give at least 1 months’ notice for blocks of holiday exceeding 3 days and as much notice as possible otherwise and holidays may only be taken at times that are agreed by me.

CONFIDENTIALITY

It is a condition of employment that now and at all times in the future that, save as may be lawfully required the employee shall keep the affairs and concerns of the employer and the household and her and its transactions and business confidential.

ALLOWANCES
A Shopping allowance of 100 Pounds would be awarded to you every Sunday your off days.
A Christmas Bonus of 350 Pounds would also be awarded on 23rd of December of every Year.





PENSIONS

I do not operate a pension scheme.

SICKNESS

I will pay statutory sick pay as stipulated by the Government at the rates stipulated by legislation. Any additional sickness payment will be made at the discretion of the employer. You will notify me as soon as possible of any illness preventing you from your duties

DISCIPLINE

Reasons which might give rise to the need for discipline measures include the following:
Causing a disruptive influence in the household
Job incompetence
Unsatisfactory standard of dress or appearance
Conduct during or outside working hours prejudicial to the interest or reputation of the employer
Failure to comply with instructions and procedures, for example being unable to drive due to a driving ban
Breach of confidentiality clause
In the event of the need to take disciplinary action, the procedure will be: Firstly - oral warning; secondly - written warning; thirdly - dismissal.
Reasons which might give rise to summary dismissal include the following: theft, drunkenness, illegal drug abuse, child abuse, acting unsafely with children.


TERMINATION

In the first four weeks of employment, one weeks’ notice is required on either side. After four weeks continuous service either you or I may terminate this contract by giving four weeks’ notice and after six months continuous service either i or you may terminate this contract by giving six weeks’ notice.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS:

Smoking is not permitted in the house or near the child of the family.
You may use the telephone for reasonable local calls and, in an emergency, for national calls.
The employer may in consultation with the employee arrange with another family and their Nanny (The Other Nanny) that in the event of either the employee or the Other Nanny being absent due to illness or holiday either the employee or the Other Nanny (as the case may be) will care for the child of both families and would not be held responsible if anything happens to them.
During working hours you will not look after any child other than the child of the family without my consent.
Lastly, you would be allowed to Apply for a Part-time job as long as it does not affect or Disrupt your Contract with My Family.

All communication from ANN is the same as what I received from Leonard Richard as Employee he also send me a Job Contract.
