in response to laloi_ileto@yahoo.com.sg,if I am not mistaken, if your husband has personnummer in sweden already and you've applied for uppehållstillstand, you can wait here in sweden for the uppehållstillstand to come out and you don't need to go back to the Philippines even if your Schengen visa has expired because then you are covered by your Spouse who is a norwegian right based on the EU-directive
