It must be a scam, because it is not possible to get a visa to go to the UK to work as a nanny. This "travel agency" will take your money and disappear.

Job offer for London_Is this a scam?

I received an offer recently from a person I've acquainted in social media.
He offers a work. The Premier Travel Agency UK contacted me for the process and asking to pay working visa which cost 800pounds. How do I know if this is a scam or not?

Thanks in advance.
