i really feel this is a really scam i also recieve same message as they mentioned about but base on my research the real ukba email add was not same like mr. morris send me and the said person mr, hugh stuart said he was a director of this agency base on my research its really a scam.beware my country men ingat po kayo mga kababayan ko lahat tayo nag hahangad ng maayos n pmumuhay ngunit just think wisely.
