bad service
i have also received bad or shall i say nil service. I have tried to call both offices Manchester and Bradford and both constantly engaged. They dont reply to your emails or take nearly 2 weeks to reply asking for more details and still no prompt action. It is ridiculous how these people are operating. The manager should go on managerial training and all staff should attend customer service training. I have been waiting for 6 weeks to try to get a response to renew my card and now need my card urgently.

Disgusting service
I recently had a pp and id card renewed. There is a
10 year difference on my new pp and ID card I have contacted the consulate on numerous occasions for them to assist in rectifying this matter but they are just so ignorant and won't take any responsibility for their actions I have previous passports and a Id card which have my correct year of birth they have made the mistake but will not own up to it
Im so disguted with their customer service.

Dissapointed
I had high expectations when a friend told me that the Pakistani Consulate in Bradford had moved to new premises in the city centre. We set foot into Iqbal House and it was pretty dark - as there were no lights on! I joked about whether we were getting a taste of 'load shedding' here too and the group of people I literally walked into, informed me that the electric had gone off in the whole building... We had to climb up a narrow, dark staircase to reach the waiting room. People in wheelchairs or parents with pushchairs - God help you. People with mobility needs are provided with a stairlift, not sure if it is working condition -, certainly was not today!
Once in the waiting room, we struggled to see where to go as it was packed out and again very dark, due to all the lights being off. Spoke to a member of Consulate staff, (very polite & helpful) who informed us that they were inundated with applications and we would be better off coming back another day. We took his advice and hastily climbed down the dodgy staircase; carpet in shreds. If somebody was to trip & fall because of it, they would probably be paying a lot in damages!! They may find it cheaper to replace the carpet...
The waiting room, needs to have more chairs, at least enough for the daily number of customers admitted!
I really would like someone to invite the prime minister of Pakistan to visit Iqbal House, and experience what we have to endure. He would die of shame as the bathroom of his servant quarters is probably better furnished! They seem to have no reluctance in charging extortionate money for visas etc and yet cannot in return, make the building accessible or adequately furnish a place which represents their country! The Prime Minister, Ambassadors and the likes, have to have a 5 star bathroom and yet they have no shame in allowing people from all races to sit in shabby, stale and dark buildings. Truly embarrassed as Pakistan should be represented way better than this!

Excellent experience at Breadford consulate
Hello every one I would like to share the best experience I had at Bradford consulate yesterday dated 27/10/2014 .Normally we share the bad experiences but if there is some goodness in our people we should appreciate it.I came from Scotland all the way and visited the consulate for passport application and came across a lady named K###A who was very professional and kind to help not only to me but other people as well. She knew the art of customer services and gave us a sense of like being at a place where someone is caring and listening to its fellow countrymen. She was a role model or image builder of that consulate.I give her 5 stars for the service.Although consulate needs lot of areas of improvements especially Toilets that are not good enough and equipped for public use.overall it was good experience and that person was making the difference.
