I would recommend a course in 'how to deal with the general public professionally' for all employees working for the pakistani consulate across the country. I hope my advice will be taken seriously. Thank you in advance.
The staff are complete imbeciles!! no professionalism WHATSOEVER. Corrupt - the lot of them. Something needs to be done about these rude, pathetic and conceited excuses for human beings ASAP!!!

I am accountant and having 14 years work experience with different concerns from Pakistan. I am looking for job from Last four month. I won't go into detail but they should be embarassed and ashamed of themselves. For visa application they use Gerrys Visa Service - what a joke they are! They don't know what customer service is. I have been treated terribly by these can't be arrsed people. I'm writing to the highest person I can find in the Pakistani high commission and the home office to complain. So frustrated and so stressful for months.
Hi guys .i want to share my experience while in consulate .i went in about 9.30 in the morning and got the token it was such a shame that I felt while in there a minky floor and so unorganised even in uk .then I went downstairs for a photocopy again it was really disappointing damp building with a mess everywhere broken furniture even moldy,floor was full of black bin bags full of stuff everywhere .what the hell u people doing there ......u r meant to be a representative of Pakistan ...but u have no respect for the country...and even u r giving a bad name and impression .
I was there fora passport renewal and the guy told me why r u putting a request for posting ur passport we r not responsible in case of loss and why u don't come and collect it and I was like I came from far away scotland and travelled 8 hour journey and u r discouraging me coz u have to post it even it look like a threat that the way he spoke if lost we r not responsible,,,my question is that if have no manners or no idea how to speak u shouldn't be there doing this.no body takes the guarantee for delivering but the attitude matters a lot and the way how to speak even the bad stuff .....not really impressed and now iam worried about. My passport that I will be delivered or not ...sai have to apply for my indefinite in December 2013 let's see and fingers crossed ....
Whats the point in having a nuwber thats ain't valid. Its not just u guys, its same with all these pakistani websites. The number provided, doesnt even exist. So lame. U should take ur website of coz u just wasting peoples times.
Really disgusted. U should be ashamed of ur selfs.
