Amazing service
All these people who complain would not complain if the respected the Bradford office and staff as they would to any other uk office.
I have visited the office a few times and our Pakistani people treat the office like a village yard.
They expect the staff to do miracles a with half if the documents they bring.
The first rule of respect is to respect others and you will be respected equally.

I emailed the bradford nadra people asking for an appointment to renew my ID card and then they ask for my address, which i gave and then they ask me to provide proof such as a utility bill or council tax, I don't bloody have them as my parents deal with things like that. Then they ask for a driving license, don't bloody have that as i don't drive, why would i make my own address up... When you ring them their phone is always busy
