thank God now that the vietnam authority have change there mind by give us visa back in vietnam am so happy now and will we try to talk to our self pls my peole try and change i mean omo ibo boys pls dont do it again .

Tôi muốn hỏi những giấy tờ được cấp tại Nigeria muồn sử dụng tại việt Nam thì phải có chứng nhận lãnh sự và phải hợp pháp hõa lãnh sự.
vậy tôi muốn chứng nhận lãnh sự giấy tờ được cấp tại Nigeria thì tôi phaỉ đến Đại Sứ Quán Nigeria tại Việt Nam để xin xác nhận lãnh sự hay phải xin luôn tại NIgeria
