Permission to Enter Indonesia for 5 days Conference.

Procedure of Work visa in Indonesia
Dear Sir,My friend an Engineer comes from Nigeria and stays in KL, he is S2 student at a university in Cyberjaya KL.
Until this, my friend has not yet completed his studies there. Due to the cost factor, the possibility of my friends will leave from studying while and try to find a job in Indonesia because he said it was difficult to get a job in Nigeria, except by doing the business / investment. What is the procedure for visa to work in Indonesia? Please advise if there is a bevy of Nigerians in Jakarta. Please help, thank you.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I've tried to get the loan from Jonna Loan Firm at Nigeria. They promise to borrow me just for $5000. But i must buy $80 first for fee. After i paid the fee, they told me i'm still can't get the money because i must pay the tax. They told me the tax until $150. But after that they decrease the tax and i just need to pay $80. I've sent the money, total $160. After that they told me i can't get the money because this is the first time i get transfer from Niger, and they ask me to transfer $120 first. How can i get the money? I apply to the Loan Firm because i need a money. Please help me, i've lost $160 and i don't get anything...and if i converse to my currency it's almost Rp. 2.500.000,-. Can i get back my money Sir/Madam?? Please help me...
