Philippines passport Renewal
Dear Sir/ma'am

I humbly wish to inquire when next will the Nigeria embassy come to Philippines for passport renewal. The reason is because many of the students are really stranded here and we are looking forward to the next passport renewal. Please sir/ma'am, it's really heartbreaking that we can not enroll/continue with our studies because of expired passport. And the penalty is piling up.
I hope to hear from you soon and that my request shall be looked into and granted.
N I G Emb, BangKok Thailand.

URGENT RESPONSE NEEDED FOR PASSPORT RENEWAL
Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this email to inquire when you will be able to come to the Philippines to assist us Nigerians here to renew our passports. I am a Nigerian citizen based in the Philippines. My passport will expire soon and when I inquired from the Nigerian Embassy here in the Philippines about passport renewal, they said they are yet to confirm a schedule for passport renewal from Nigerian Embassy in Thailand.

Furthermore, they said that they rely on the Nigerian Embassy in Thailand for such but are not yet sure when you will come to the Philippines for the exercise due to the ongoing global pandemic. I will like to inquire to know when you will be able to come for such exercise.

I crave your indulgence to accord me the necessary assistance to enable me plan further to avoid my passport expiring and leaving me stranded here in the Philippines.

Thanks and in anticipation for your speedy response.
