no consulate
As a Nigerian I believe we have no one to represent us when we especially struggling to get visa or passport renewal even get a new passport(as you have an expired passport). The consulate office is not ready to do any help for any Nigerian. Is like trying to talk to Jonathan (Nigeria president) here when you try to call them and talk to them. It is a pity. I have a very bad experience when I am trying to get a new passport to replace the expired passport.
