Comments on this Consulate-General
Dear Sir/Ma,
I am a Nigerian, I am married to a black American, a Preacher and would want a certification on my Nigerian birth certificate.
My husband is stationed in Ft. Bragg, as spouse of a US army I need to present the apostille on my birth certificate by the consulate before I can obtain my miltary ID card. Please let me know that the Consulate General will certify my Nigerian (foreign) documents.
Nigeria has not ratified the Haque Apostille Convention, reason why the US Army will not recognise my birth certificate unless certified by the Consular General here in Atlanta.
Yours faithfully,
Osuobeni Dabibiere Doris,
now Dabibiere Doris Nelson.
I have been trying to obtain a Nigerian entry visa for my wife who lost her Dad in Nigeria but I could not find any where to make the payment on line as per your advice at the consulate office in Roswell Ga.
I took my time and drove all the way to the Nigerian consulate office to submit my wife's application for entry Visa to Nigeria for Thursday only to be told that we have to go back and make the payment on line before bringing the applicaton back on the next business day.
When I was trying to make the payment on line they keep asking for information I did not have, for instance where am I suppose to get the application and Visa reference number from when we don't have such numbers on the application form and don't have the Visa yet.
Please, help us to find where this informations are located because time is of the essence here, Thursdayis only few dads away, and we only have non refundable ticket due to the urgent nature of her trip to Nigeria, we did not have enough time to renew her Nigrian Passport; hence we are applying for an entry visa to vacilitate her trip to the Mother land.
Thanks for your cooperation and understandings
yours sincerely
Sebastian Ukpai Sr.
