We can't reach you by phone
We are moving to Mexico in March or April and are aware that the financial requirements have greatly increased.
We need to make an appointment to see you and have phoned so many times only to get voice mail instructing us to leave a name and number and message which we have done so many times but no one calls back. How do we get in touch with you? Starting to worry!

FM3 changes
I wanted to apply for my FM3 this year but was told that there are new rules and that the proceedure has to be started in the contry of origion. In my case it will be Canada, but the closest Mexican Consulate is in Vancouver many miles from where I live. Can this process be done over the internet as I am in Mexico already and will be here 6 months.

Mexican Visa for Kazakstan passport holders
Hello, My parents and brother are planning to visit Mexico in December, but not sure if they require a visa. Three of them are citizens of Kazakhstan, but hold valid Canadian and US visas (not Permanent Residents)

Can someone please advise if they require visas? And if yes, what are the steps for applying?

Thanks!

FM-3 Visas
My husband and I own a home in Mexico and I would like to know how long it takes to obtain our FM-3 visas if we come to the Consulate in Vancouver to fill out the forms. I would like to send some household goods down in boxes (via UPS or Canada Post) and understand that I need my FM3 Is this true?
Thank you,
Joyce

Pardon or Waiver for Mexico?
I am a travel agent and I have a client that would like to travel to Mexico but has done some naughty things in the past. Does she need a pardon or a waiver to travel to Mexico if the plane does not land on US soil?
